Scoping consultation (website redesign)
£95A proper sit-down (in person or video) where we set the requirements. You get a written scope and a fixed quote, and the £95 is credited against your project if you go ahead.
New-build requirements session
£250Not got a website yet? For brand-new sites the scoping consultation becomes a fuller requirements-gathering session: we work out your pages, content, look and goals from scratch. One-off cost, and the rest of the process and prices stay exactly the same.
Website redesigns
Set prices, agreed before work starts. The scoping consultation confirms which tier fits. Every tier includes SEO done properly: it's built in from the start, never sold as an extra.
Static website
£499A full redesign of a typical small-business site as fast static pages, like this one. Loads instantly, nothing to break, nothing to patch.
CMS website
£1,500All the speed and reliability of static pages, plus an editor: change your content and add new pages yourself, whenever you like, without contacting anyone.
Online shop
from £2,500Your shop rebuilt on the platform that fits it best, with products, orders and payments migrated. Priced by scale, fixed at consultation.
Hosting & ongoing support (entirely optional)
Host with me and content changes come as standard, or stay with your current provider. Need something bigger later? It's quoted per job, never a compulsory retainer. No compulsory care plan: when your site eventually needs a refresh, a redesign costs less than a year of most agencies' maintenance fees.
Hosting
£55/monthFast UK hosting with SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring, with upgrades and static-site content changes included as standard. Email me a change, it gets done.
Ongoing support & development
Quoted per jobContent changes are included with hosting. Anything larger (a new feature, extra pages, a redesign of a section down the line) is scoped and quoted upfront, just like a redesign, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts. No retainer and no lock-in: you only pay when you actually need something done.
Own your website outright
Plenty of providers sell websites on a monthly subscription with no upfront cost. That suits some businesses: it spreads the cost and bundles the upkeep. What it often doesn't do is leave you owning the site at the end, so it's worth asking the question before you sign, whoever you go with.
A typical static website redesign here is £499 once, and it's your site outright from day one. Host it with me for £55/month with upgrades and content changes included, or take it anywhere else you like.
Why so much cheaper than agency quotes? Speed, not corners. Modern AI-assisted tooling plus twenty years of practice means a redesign takes me days, not the months an agency bills for, and the prices reflect that honestly.
