No problem: a new build is just a redesign that starts from a blank page. We begin with a requirements-gathering session (£250 one-off) where we work out everything your site needs: pages, content, look and goals. After that, the process and the published prices are exactly the same.

dns Hosting & maintenance, your way

I'm a redesign specialist, not a landlord. Once your new site is live, you have three equally good options:

• Host with me: fast UK hosting with backups and monitoring, with upgrades and static-site content changes included as standard. Email me a change, it gets done. One fixed monthly price, cancel any time.
• Stay where you are: I'll help get the new site live with your existing provider, working with whoever manages your hosting.
• Use someone else: your own IT people or a local partner can take it on. Your site is handed over documented, so another developer can pick it up without starting from scratch.

You won't find a compulsory care plan on a redesign, and that's deliberate: redesigns are priced low enough that when your site needs freshening up, you just have it redesigned, usually for less than a year of the maintenance fees other agencies charge. Either way, what I build for you is yours: domain, code, content. No lock-in, ever.

search SEO built in, not bolted on

A lot of providers sell "SEO packages" at £500 to £2,000 on top of the build. I think that's backwards: most of what makes a site rank well is decided when it's built, so it's thought about from the start and included in every job. Clean structure and headings, fast loading, proper page titles and descriptions, structured data that Google and AI assistants can read, and redirects that protect the rankings your old site earned. None of it is an extra, because none of it should be.

What I don't sell is ongoing "SEO retainers". If you want content written or campaigns run later, that's a conversation, but the foundations come as standard.
